To think about Buying tights is not as simple as just deciding which color or model you like best. Instead, ask yourself what activity you will primarily use your tights for. All activities become a little easier if you use products that are adapted to the purpose. If you are going to be outdoors, you need to be visible. Then you need tights with reflectors. Do you need to carry keys or a phone with you? Then you need a pocket to store it in, for example. Is it time for a tough workout in the CrossFit box? Then you need a pair of tights that stay in place. Tights should fit snugly, otherwise they look like jogging pants that are too small. That's why they're called tights. They should fit snugly against your body and not flap around when you move. It's a pain if tights fit well in the legs but loose in the crotch and waist, in which case you will, regardless of activity, have to pull them up all the time. It could then be because it's not just the size that's wrong, but that particular model doesn't suit you because we all look different. Tights for Crossfit Choose regular training tights that are comfortable. They may be a little more prone to wear and tear because you will be handling barbells and kettlebells to a greater extent. If you get hot easily, it is smart to choose tights with ventilation options on the back of the calf that ventilate a little more. Buy running tights with reflectors so that you are visible. A brushed inside for extra comfort and warmth and a drawstring at the waist are also preferable so they stay in place.
