30-day right of withdrawal from order date.
The item must be unused, in original condition with label, and packaged neatly in its bag. It is of course okay to try on the garment, but make sure there are no skin deposits, deodorant stains, hairs or other dirt on the product before sending it back. If the above requirements are not met, a fee will be charged. Read more under Other.

Register your return via our Returns Portal here.
Once you have filled out the return form online, you will receive an email with instructions. Please check your spam folder if the email does not appear in your inbox.
Save the tracking number you receive. This is needed to track your return.
If you wish to make an exchange, please place a new order for the item you wish to exchange for after you have registered your return.

Return shipping costs 5 EUR /50 NOK and is deducted from the returned amount. Also applies to exchanges.
The original shipping fee is non-refundable. If you have received a shipping fee on the first order, this will not be refunded.
Changes
Changes
You exchange by placing a new order for the item you want. You therefore need to return the item you don't want. In the meantime, place a new order with the item you want to exchange for.
If you have used a discount code and need to exchange your size, you can get the same discount on your exchange order. Only valid when exchanging the same product in the same color but a different size.
Place your exchange order and contact our customer service info@clnathletics.com with your new order number and we will manually correct the price for you after you place the order. You are responsible for the shipping cost if the exchange order is under free freight
Pause invoice

If you have returned your purchase, it is a good idea to pause the invoice. This will give you time to update it before the invoice is due.
1. Click on the invoice you wish to pause via the Klarna app.
2. Select "Manage invoice".
3. Select "Register return".
4. Confirm your selection. The invoice is now paused.

Refund

When you hand over your package to the agent for return, you will receive a tracking ID via email. You can use it to track your package here: Track Package .
After we receive your package, it normally takes up to 7 business days for your return to be processed. During peak seasons around major promotions and holidays, it can take up to 14 business days.
Once it has been processed, you will receive an updated invoice via email + update in the Qliro app.
If you have paid by card or mobile pay an automatic refund will be made.

If a product is dirty or damaged after return, 50% of the product's value will be credited. This could be, for example, deodorant stains, skin deposits or the product being in a condition that makes it unsellable.
Packages not collected will be charged a fee of 10 EUR / 100 NOK.
Underwear whose packaging has been opened cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
During sales or promotions, sizes may sell out and therefore the right to exchange cannot be guaranteed. Discounts cannot be guaranteed if a new order is required.
