Delicious meatballs without any meat! Serve with, for example, mashed potatoes, pickled cucumber and lingonberry jam.
INGREDIENTS:
– 1 yellow onion
– 500g mushrooms
– 2 cups walnuts
– 3 tablespoons cornstarch
– 2 tsp dried parsley
– 2 tsp soy sauce
– 1 tsp black pepper
Do this:
- Finely chop the onion and mushrooms and fry gently for about 5 minutes.
- Blend the walnuts in a food processor.
- Mix the nuts with the fried onions and mushrooms. Then add the remaining spices and the cornstarch.
- Roll the batter into round balls and fry until golden brown in any frying fat.
