Delicious sugar-free chocolate balls

A classic favorite without refined sugar. Perfect to keep in the fridge when you need a quick energy boost or as a healthier snack.

INGREDIENTS:

•3.5 dl oatmeal •15 dates

•1 dl cocoa •½ dl rapeseed oil

•1 tsp salt •2 tbsp cold coffee

DO THIS:

  1. Pit the dates and then blend all the ingredients in a food processor, adding a splash of water if necessary.
  2. Roll balls in any topping you like, such as coconut flakes, cocoa or fruit powder (lingonberry powder in the picture).
